Vivid OBE's

My first recollections of OBE were as a child. Often at night I would find myself floating over the Firth of Thames. Suspended in the night sky, always alone, high enough to negotiate my flight safely pass power lines, low enough so that if I fell out of the sky I would land in the sea (the reasoning of a kid). I always flew around that part of the Thames Coast, many a time was spent admiring the moon's reflection on the sea. During these experienes, I never felt myself leaving or returning, but I always could recall the experiences. Sounds odd, but true.
As an adult the regularity of OBE is not the same, but I've still managed a couple.
One afternoon I was taking a nap and experienced the sensation and sound of wind being drawn out of my body. I got scared and woke. I'm sure that was the early stages of an OBE.
My final story was a couple of years ago. I found myself travelling across seas and lands. Most definately not New Zealand. I managed to find a main road and I flew above the cars on the road. I came upon a township and there I saw a good friend of mine and his partner in a store (they live in America), whom I observed for a moment. Then the sticky beak/adventurer in me moved on to have a look around. Just like when I was a child I was able to see buildings, trees, vehicles, people and lights within homes, but no sound. Like the childhood OBE's I didn't sense or recall the departure or return to my body. But had total recall of the actual OBE.
It's great to have a name for these experiences. I never thought they were abnormal as young girl, but have always been wary of sharing with others.
