Cat Whisperer?

I went to a small animal shelter in a little town to get a cat as a companion. I saw a pretty white cat and decided that was the one I wanted. The cat was so cute, like a little angel cat.

The woman who was in charge of the shelter did not want me to have the cat. She asked me a ton of questions and generally was uncooperative. She told me that the cat was to NEVER go outside. I persisted. Then she wanted to charge me a large fee which was more than double what they normally charge for cats. The poor cat wanted out so bad, he was trying to squeeze through the bars. Finally I got tired of dealing with the woman and went home.

As I was drifting off to sleep that night, I heard a tiny little audible voice near my bed. It said, “Lady, please come back and get me. I don'’t like staying in this cage all the time. I’'ve never ever been outside. I want to see the outdoors. Please.…”

I sat up in bed and looked around and wondered again how really strange the spirit world is. I hope somebody gave the Angel cat a home.
