When my grandpa died in 2006 he left his rocking chair to the family. This is the story behind everything. There is a really neat but old song my grandpa would love to listen to and when ever it played he would sit in his rocking chair and start rocking back and forth on it clicking his fingers.

Now on the 1st week after he died (i was sure I could contact him without anything dangerous) I gathered my family in the loungroom and my grandpa's rocking chair was in the same place. I grabbed the record which had his favourite song on it and I played it.

When it got to about the 1st minuet of the song, Grandpa's chair started rocking back and forth. We knew he was there. My parents and brother were a little freaked but I know they were really happy and I was too.

Now when ever I have spare time I play it and watch his chair rock. I sometimes even talk to him. I know he can't answer but I know he can hear me.
