My mam and dad got married 2 years ago and insisted on staying over at the lumley castle hotel with the rest of the family. my friends had always said there was a ghost there in room 204. i always thoght it would be cool seeing a ghost. well a real one anyway. After the wedding we checked in to the hotel were the man on the desk give us our room, my mams was 203 and mine and my brothers was 205, what a coinsidence. why didnt we have the two rooms together. It got late that night and my family were still celebrating, i decided to have an early night as ide had a severley long day, off i went to room 205. late that night i woke up early hours in the morning, my family were still celebrating, so i went to explore the hotel. i looked at room 204 and ii knew ide know that number from somwhere, i thought for a split second and it came to mins, the ghost!

I knocked on the door but there was no answer, although the room tag said in use. as i went to touch the handle on the door, i felt a slight breeze shiver past me, like when someone runs past you and you feel the wind. I quikly let go of the handle and ran down thwe long corridoors of the castle. i ran into the ball room were my mum and dad were having their wedding dance. i didnt want to ruin a wedding dance just because i thought ide felt something stupid. i creeped back up to the room. i was on the middle of the stairs werei suddenly heard a screech. it was my brother. i ran to the room were he cowered in a corner. i questioned him what had went on and he pionted to room 204. i glanced round and looked at the door were a fugire caught my eye at the end of the landing. it was a women in a long dress, greay hair pinned back with a long drawn in face. i just glared with fear. she suddenly started walking towards me, i went o run in my rooms and the door just slamed. she was getting closer and closer. me and my brother cradled each other and looked into one anothers arms. we looked back up and there was nothing there. we sprinted down to reception, as we got there two old women were complaining i was ear wigging but i heard the women say " we keep hearing unusual noises from room the rooom below 204", the man on the desk replied, "im so sorry for any inconvenience not a soul is to go on the landing were 204 room is based." Next morniing the wedding was finished and it was time to go home, as me my mam and brother were just getting in the car, looked up to the arched windown of 204 THE CURTAINS WERE TWITCHING!
