Seen Movement of an Unseen Spirit

I live in an old drafty house. In the winter, I put up plastic sheets which block off the coldest areas of my house. Now, I live with a cemetary just behind my house and I can tell when the spirits are around sometimes.

Last week, as I was doing a walking exercise routine, I was facing one of the clear plastic sheets. Imagine my surprise, when, apparently, something flew by me that must have expected clear flying space and instead, flew into the plastic sheeting instead. I happened to be looking at just the right spot because I did see the impact and hear it, of course, as well. I just couldn't see what hit the plastic sheet.

It must have hit the clear sheet kinda hard because the imprint is still visible today. The imprint is about 2 feet wide, with a circular shape.

This was at night. I didn't really get scared because I guess I have gotten used to weird noises and ghosty events at my house. I suppose I have learned to live with the occasional visitation. I guess what this incident told me was that the ghosty type things can be around without you realizing it, can make contact with the visible world while being invisible to the human eye and can make a mistake about what is in their flight path.

I guess the weirdest thing to happen here was when my son witnessed all of our cupboard doors opening and slamming shut in the kitchen. He told the spirit or poltergeist in no uncertain terms to get the heck out. The slamming stopped and the spirit left immediately. Too bad that it isn't all that easy to get rid of spirits every time.
