Within the Weeks

Last summer (1/13/08) I was on vacation in Wisconsin. A week before on the 5th of January my friend had passed away in a tragic car accident leaving my whole school torn.

I remember the Friday before when i left him to go to my next class, he was almost glowing. I hadn't paid much attention to this; but i knew something was going to happen. Logically i thought, "Hm, glowing gold ring... thats good right?"

On Saturday January 5th I got a call that he had died. I was terrified and crushed. I could not get that image of my friend.

My parents decided that there was a lot of bad things going on so they took my aunt and her kids as well as my brothers & friends to a high priced resort.

One night I was trying to sleep, It was hard to do but when I did, Evan appeared in my dream, I was wearing the clothes I wore to bed and we where sitting on my bed, He said "Hey Jess, I miss you."

We had a conversation, and I forgot he was passed on. I looked down at my shirt, it was his shirt the ones that our school had made.

"Ev?" He looked at me and said, "I have to go." In this dream I grabbed for his arm, they the fire alarm went off through the whole resort.

I this dream it was like he was channeling me; telling me he was okay. I woke up crying. It was crushing.
