Frightened as Seen Maker

Hi i am a 36 year old man now. When i was 14yrs old i still lived at my parents house. At this time we were on school holidays half term. One night my parents went too bed around 11pm, As i were the only 1 on my own down stairs, By 2am in the early hours of that morning i went to get into my bed. As the lightswere already off and i layed down on the bed i layed on my back looking up at the ceiling. Then all of a sudden still gazing at the ceiling - i really dont know how to put this - a faint mist appeared looking a far distance away.

It some how came and it got control over me. Then this mist was getting closer and was forming two hand shapes and were dragging my eyes too sleep. I was trying to fight this back but i could do nothing. Then this mist formed shape hands got my eyes shut tightly as i could not re-open them. I was unable to shout out for help as it had the control by now. When my eyes were shut i got turned on to my left side and felt as though something was pushing me in the middle of my back and edging me to the end of my bed. As this was gaining and controlling me i look down with my eyes still tightly shut and i saw a cliff edge and this was trying to push me over the edge. But at this same time i felt tugging sensation in the same place of my back trying to stop me from falling. It was like as in two spirits good and evil where fighting over me. By this time as in the good as i think what helped me by pulling me back managed to get me in the same position as i started from. Then when i was on my back again my eyes starting to open very slowly and i saw this mist start to fade away back to the ceiling then vanished. i returned back to my own self. it terrified me this.
