My BFF's Ghost

My best friend was young and pregnant when the doctors find out that she had cancer. She was so depressed that once she told me that she didn't wanted to survive now that she had lost the baby. And she didn't. 2 years after the doctors said she was so sick she passed away. The day she died she asked me if I told the father of the baby that she was pregnant at the beginning of her disease. I said no, of course. Even if I was lying I knew she wasn't supposed to know that he had killed himself for that.

So the months passed fast and I was sad and my job was getting tiring. So one Saturday afternoon I decided to take a nap. I remember turning off the TV before closing my eyes. So when I was just about to sleep I heard someone calling my name. I got up really scared, no one was in the house with me, I lived alone. Finally I decided that I had imagined the voice, so I went to the bed again. But I couldn´t sleep, so I started to read. I opened the book and heard the voice of my best friend whispering to my ear, she told me: "I know you told him my secret". I got out of my house and went to the cemetery to visit her and apologize. Since that day I can only hear her laughing when I visit her parents.
