My First OOBE, I Think

A few months ago, I was home alone and watching tv in my mother's bedroom. I was laying on her bed, and I was half asleep, but awake enough to know what was going on around me. Out of nowhere, I started hearing this unbelievably loud sound in my ear, only comparable to a wave crashing in my ear continuously. While this was happening, I also realized that I could not move my body at all or even yell, which I did try to do because I was scared. Behind that loud rumbling sound, I started to hear a lot of different voices. I couldn't understand them at first, but then I remember hearing a distinct "hello?" a few times. At this time, I was still laying in bed not able to move, but for some reason what I was seeing was as if I was standing up. I was looking directly into my mother's bathroom mirror, which I would not have been able to do without standing up. I saw a woman in the mirror, but I couldn't tell if it was me or my sister, or another girl who also had brown hair, as I only saw it for a few seconds.
The sound started to fade away, and everything was normal again, but I was so confused as to what had just happened that I just wanted to ignore it and fall asleep. I started to fall asleep again, and the same thing started happening, that crazy loud rumbling in my ear. It took all of my strength to snap out of it and sit up in bed, as I didn't want to experience what I had just experienced again. I told my mom about it and she said she had similar experiences when she was young.
To this day I still have no clue what happened to me, and I'm assuming that it was some sort of OOBE because of how I was able to look at the mirror, even though my body was still laying down in bed.
