My OBE's and Sightings of Spirits

Well, I got up out of bed, walked to my bedroom door and it was dark in there, I went to turn on the light so I can see, but the light wouldn't turn on! So, I thought the power was out. I got out into my hall way outside my bedroom door. all of a sudden found myself locked out of my room and I felt a sense of panick! Then I felt my body vibrate and I had to struggle to wake up, "Sleep paralysis".

That was the first one...

Now, the seccond time, I got out of bed "no floating, flying or anything" and walked over to the bedroom door to go out into the hall. light was out again and I couldn't get it to turn on! I could feel my hand searching the cold wall for the switch. then after finding it, I can't get the light on.

In this same OBE, I found that I couldn't open the door. in fact, the door opened on it's own. I peaked out and saw 2 human figures before me all in dark shadow form, a lttle blue moon light leaking in enough to light the striped shirt of one tall male figure standing at the bathroom doorway. the other, much shorter, like a child's height standing in my son's door frame shadow.

Recently, just 2 days ago, I get out of bed, and it's dark. these experiences are so real that it never occurs to me that I am not in my body, even with the indication of the power being out! Anyway, off I go. this time I CAN open doors. I'm hitting all the light switches on my way to my mom's room. I get into moms room and see her in bed and call "Mom, wake uo, I think the power is out"! And she replies... "OK, O'm coming". All of a sudden a panic comes over me and I question myself "Am I out of my body again" and I run back to my room and "POOF" I'm awake in reality!

I asked my mom, "Did you remember me coming in your room this morning"? Mom says to my astoundment "Yes" and she said all the frickin' lights were on! I told mom, it was me and oh... "I wasn't in my body when I did it".

My mom believes me. she use to fly around in hers.

If anyone can answer this question though? Why is it so dark and why so creepy and eerie? Is that a sign of something bad, I'm investigating this..
