OOBE or NDE

In summer 2009 I had a horrific bike accident. This caused me to hospitalized for several days but the experience occured during operation. while on the operating bed I saw bright lights and began to feel weightless. I then remember floating towards the ceiling. When I was on the ceiling I saw my body and the 2 doctors stitching me up. I watched them carry out the whole operation. while I was floating I could not move, talk or do anything. After all of that I floated back down to my body. This has been bugging me since I got out of hospital. can some one tell me if this was an OOBE or a NDE. Thanks Wes
