Okay this happened to me today, but it has happened to me many times before. First it happens with my body becoming paralyzed and then it starts to vibrate. I remember trying to scream one time when i was young to my mother, but she told me she never heard me scream. so like today i was laying in bed and well since i don't really know what would happen next, i would become creeped out about this. But this time i got the courage to actually let what was happening to happen. So as i layed in bed i felt my spirit was getting out my body but i let it happen for a little and managed to hear voices many voices.
