Scissorhands

I was about 6 years old when this happened. Earlier in the day I had got a pair of plastic, crinkle cut scissors from a magazine. I had left them on the kitchen worktop and me and the rest of my family were upstairs. The was nobody left downstairs at all. All of a sudden there was a BANG! My dad rushed downstairs to see what had happened and we saw that, the scissors had moved. They had snapped in half. The strange thing was though that half of them on the floor and the other half of them was part of the way up the stairs. We were totally baffled by this. A few hours later my mum was writing an e-mail to a friend. She began to tell her what had happened, but as she was typing out the story the computer shut down completely!

We never found an explanation to why this had happened but it was definitely a very strange experience!
