What I Think is an Obe and Shadows, Please Help

My name is allison. i was 14 when this first happened to me, at the time i was unaware of what it was. My uncle was visiting from miami and was sleeping in the living room close to my room, it was about 4 am and i had woken up in my bed unable to move. i was looking around and i could see everything very clearly there were no lights in in my room but it had a faint orange hue. I felt my whole body vibrating and i heard a buzzing sound, very loud like it was coming from everywhere. I was laying there scared out of my mind begging god to save me, i saw a shadow on the far corner of my room im not sure if it was trying to scare me tho but i knew i was not alone. It felt like it lasted for about 30 mins but im not sure, when i could i just rolled over and tried to go to sleep, so that maybe whatever i saw would go away. Ever since that has happened il be laying awake in bed (face up) and il be able to feel the vibrations creeping up on me, but when i roll over they stop. Ive been reading up on astral projection and they say that what im going through are signs of my spirit leaving my body. But just recently i was laying in my bed around 3 am when a heard a voice whisper my name, it sounded like it was all around me. Ever since ive been seeing shadows out of the corner of my eye all the time. Please if anyone knows whats happening, or what the shadows mean please contact me. Allierocksthepony@yahoo.com
