A Deadly Premonition?

Hello, this is Francis York Morgan but everyone just calls me York. For many years I've been having out of body experiences, but the one I had 10 years ago just takes the biscuit (and I'm very particular about my biscuits I'll have you know).

After shifting consciousness I found myself in a bizarre room. In there I found an entity that called himself "Zach". He looked incredibly familiar to me but I couldn't quite place where I had seen him before. He did not tell me anything other than his name and only stood there with a knowing look on his face.

Zach disappeared and I looked around the mysterious room and saw an upside down peace symbol carved into the wall. On the other side of the room there was a cup of coffee, and the cream at the top of the mug spelled out "FK". FK in the coffee! It was as crisp as a clear spring morning. I felt they were an unpleasant premonition of what is to come in my life but to this day I still do not know the significance of these symbols.

In the weeks that followed my experience I figured out that Zach must be a spirit guide of sorts. Whenever I am alone and have a problem I talk to Zach to try and find an answer, which usually helps. Unfortunately people have seen me do this a few times and think I am crazy, but I just ignore them as they haven't had the experiences I have.
