Figure in the Backseat

Before this experience, I had never really dealt with anything paranormal. There had been times in my house where I thought I had seen something out the corner of my eye, but that's it, nothing that I could really call paranormal. But one day when I was getting ready to go to work, I was having trouble starting my car so I got out and checked the water. As I was coming back around to get back in I looked up to the window of my living room and saw the curtain being pulled back, no one was suppose to be in there since I was the last person to leave. The cutain closed again and I ran back inside, I looked around the living room and down the hall and no one was there. After waiting there for a minute or two, wondering what I had seen, I went back to my car and began driving to work.

Throughout the whole day I kept seeing black shadows out the corner of my eye but there was never anything there when I turn to look properly. When I was on my way home, it was night time and I was driving down mainstreet. Luckily for me, the rush hour was past so there weren't too many cars on the street, or I might have been killed. As I was thinking about what happened that morning with the living room curtain, I glanced into the rearview mirror and saw a black figure sitting in the back seat behind me, it was just completely black and it was slightly transparent. I jumped in my seat and almost crashed the car into the one next to me, I quickly pulled off the road. I looked back into the mirror and the figure was still there, without even looking back, I opened the door and got out as fast as I could before looking back in. When I looked into the back seat, there was nothing there. It took me another 10 minuets before I could work up the nerve to get back in and drive home.

Nothing like that has ever happened since, but I still see things out the corner of my eye every now and then.
