I lived in Anaheim. I used to have out of body experiences. They happened just as you mentioned. It was usually right before I fell asleep, in the calm between awake and asleep. When I first had them they were really scary, I would come out of my body and just spin very fast uncontrollably. I did this many times before I learned to control them. when I learned to control these experiences, I was then able to go anywhere I wanted to. I was traveling very fast, always floating. I was able to look at my children as they were sleeping and even go through wall. I then started to travel outside of my house to different neighborhoods and then different cities. I have not had these experiences in over 12 years but I believe I could induce them again under the right circumstances. these were very real experiences. I am Native American from the Salinan Tribe.
