The Greatest Experience of My Life

Every 2 Summers, I travel 200 miles south to Devon in England with my mum. We visit my uncle's house. It's on top of a little hill surrounded by really nice countryside and there's not another building in sight apart from an old castle on top of the hill on the horizon. It's a really nice big house, kind of old fashioned but not in a creepy way. Every single night you can see the stars and planets, the moon and the milky way. I sleep in a small room when I visit there- small, but very cosy. It has a window directly above the bed, and I love staring out of it as I fall asleep. Now, onto the actual story, sorry!
On the third night I stayed there last year, I had my first out of body experience. I'm 15 years old and since then I have had many experiences with lucid dreams and astral projection. The last thing I remember before falling asleep was, as usual, gazing out the window into deep space. I felt kind of strange as I was falling asleep, like it didn't feel natural, like I was being dragged into sleep. And before I knew it, I had gone from a state of relaxation to a state of complete paralysis. I had my eyes open the whole time, and suffered no hallucinations. I had read about this many times before, and so it didn't worry me as much as it normally worries some people. However, I never read about it possibly leading to an OBE. So I was laying there, completely paralysed, sort of remember giggling to myself actually as it felt very strange. I shut my eyes now, thinking I would just fall asleep... But that's not what I got.
Ohhhhhh no that's not what I got at all! I felt a tingling through my head and chest, which was very light, so I ignored it. Still paralysed, I opened my eyes as I felt what seemed to be a plane crashing right into my head and then my body, my body would not stop buzzing and vibrating and a million crashing noises sounded through my brain, like someone crumpling up a piece of paper right next to my ears. I started to slightly panic and my heart wouldn't stop thumping, I thought I was about to explode. But then all of a sudden, it just slowly... slowly... started to calm.. and I felt multiple waves of bliss and love gently ebb throughout my body. A massive smile hit my face, I felt so, SO... peaceful and amazing.
Before I knew it, without intending to do this, I felt my once before body of lead turn into... nothing. I just slowly, really slowly, began to rise. I thought I was still in my physical body as I had no idea what astral projection was, so I was kinda creeped out; yet still, felt ecstatic. I was just about to turn around, and instead of having to move my entire body to turn around, my vision just instantly switched towards my physical body. I saw myself laying there, and I felt this extremely strange feeling, like I suddenly knew so much which should not be known my any "normal" human being. I knew I was floating, so I thought, if I could pass through my physical body, surely I could pass through that physical ceiling right above me? So I did. I was gently floating up and down just above the roof, in complete amazement. I remembered how beautiful it was looking up into the star-filled sky, and so that's exactly what I did. And then once again I remembered I was floating.
So I went up, higher and higher, into this beautiful deep purple sky, and looked towards the old castle on top of the hill. The day before, we had been on a hike up to the old castle, and as I could remember exactly what it looked like, I zoomed straight towards it. Infact, not towards it- just THERE. Instantly. The extremely small details of it, I could see everything with my very own eyes.
I went straight back to my body as I felt kind of nervous for some reason. I was standing beside my bed, and then looked towards the small mirror in my room. I went to turn the light on, but my hand went straight through the wall. I looked into the mirror, and saw my very own face but in a weird grey-light blue looking colour. My face started to distort a bit and then I saw a giant white light pour through the door and a pure white hand pushed me back into my physical body. I woke up, shot straight upwards, and looked towards where I was, and I could still see myself and the light and the hand, but they were all staying still. Over a period of about 5 or 10 seconds, it faded away into nothing.
I ran to the light, turned it on, and looked into the mirror to see my normal physical face. I could not help but feel strange and confused, but happy and still amazed. I went on my iPod touch and searched up what the F*** just happened, and apparently, as I now know, an OBE. After many more experiences of astral travel, I have discovered that the hand was one of my many spiritual guides. I have no mental illnesses, depression or schizophrenia, have never smoked cannabis or consumed any other illegal or legal drugs for recreational purposes, and I never had experienced sleep paralysis before then. It was a completely amazing experience, life changing and I have no fear of death or paranormal experiences.
Do I recommend astral projection? I recommend astral projection as much as I recommend breathing. Believe me, you haven't felt exhilaration such as being able to do the things in the astral realm. Just please, if you have not done it, DO it. If you keep on trying, you will get there. Thanks!
