Haunted and OBE's

We moved to our new home in York, Maine. This home haunts me to this day. The house was built new. However, the land has a brutal history. York, Maine was the sight of an Indian massacre and the town itself was founded in the 1690's. I have noticed over the years that not many people record their encounters in York. All the more reason to explain what happened to me.
I remember exploring the new house while it was being constructed. My parents gave me the room over the attached garage and it had a seperate staircase that led off by the kitchen. There was no railing on the staircase as I said the construction workers were still finishing up. My parents had told me to stay away from the edge and to be careful. However, I was pushed off. I got knocked out, but not injured. Then we moved in. I was staying with my grandmother in her room in the main house. I recall looking up at the foot of my bed one night. I could see straight through her. She was looking out the Windows and this was scary for an 8 year old. I then looked over to see if she was in bed. Sure enough she was. How can someone be in 2 places at once? Research OBE.
Many nights I spent deep beneath the covers in my bed as the air was alive with visible orbs, swirling like a snow storm. I heard footsteps up and down the hall. Drawers and cabinets opening and closing in the bathroom and water turning on and off. One night I had a strange lady in colonial attire attempting to feed me from a bowl. I would feel heavy weight on my legs while in bed as if someone was sitting on them.
I recall another OBE this one of my mother. There was a thunderstorm one night and I had been sleeping on the couch downstairs. Lightning would flash and I could see her standing there by the fireplace in spirit form. Although, she was asleep in the next room. My family had their own experiences as I stated above. Even our dogs.
One night we came home and always had kept the dogs in the garage when we were out. The entry door to get into the kitchen was mangled and ripped apart. We knew that they were trying to get to safety and away from whatever was after them.
My sister spent many nights alone at the home while my parents and I were at my hockey games. She always heard evil voices and whispiring from the garage. We spent many nights sleeping with our bedroom lights on.
We since have moved out of York. But just last year I made a trip up to visit my friends. I thought it would be nice to drive by and snap a few pictures. However, when I reviewed them there was real ghost evidence in each shot. A spirit lady peering out of a window. A ghostly flag waving from the chimney and the shocker was a 3 picture shot of a ghost moving thru the front yard carrying what looks like a cross.
I have always been intrigued by spirits, aliens and the unexplained. I have told bits and pieces of these and other experiences. I just want to be taken seriously because what we experienced was real and terrifying. Anyone that ever visits York or lives there. Try stopping by 4 Tide Meadow Ln. on Route 91. Snap some pictures around the land and you may capture something. I heard rumors growing up around the neighborhood that other people heard and saw things. I believe the home was built on an Indian battlefield and people died there. Another eerie coincidence, the owner that resides there now has the last name Coffinberry.
