NDE or What?

On March 15th I had a NDE or something of that nature. After explaining the dream to my medical doctor, he said that I had a NDE which I had never heard of.

Prior to the NDE I had a bad case of claustrophobia. I've had claustrophobia all of my life, but it has become much more severe after I had seizures. The seizures began after my blood pressure medicine caused my blood pressure to fall too low. I've become fearful of all types of enclosures, such as elevators, cars, airplanes, bathrooms and planetariums with enclosed sky domes. I was very concerned because the latter part of May I had planned a trip from Dayton, OH through Chicago to Hawaii. The trip would have taking about 9 hours.

I had a NDE or something unearthly one night on March 15th, 2011. I had falling asleep a began to feel that I was being encased in a black void of nothingness. I couldn't see, feel or hear anything. A horrible uneathly feeling of no life or death as we no it. I had a strong sensation that I would be in this state for all of eternity. But, then I saw a small bright light in the distance. The light became brighter and brighter then sucked me into a lighted tunnel. I sped through the lighted tunnel as if I was on a subway train. Near the end of the tunned I came to a beautiful earthly day.

When I awoke I was still terrified and felt death was nothing to joke about as I sometimes do. The stange thing about the dream or whatever, I have to this date no claustrophobia.

I would like to know is there any research of anyone who has had a similar NDE experince.
