Trapped While Conscious

Hello, my name is Clifton, I am 41 years old, and have been experiencing what I call "TRAP DREAMS" (Even though I am completely awake!) for about 10 years. They are different all the time, but here's one occasion. At night, I will be in bed asleep. Then all of the sudden, I will wake up, completely paralyzed! My wife will be laying next to me still awake and watching t.v. I can't move a muscle, except my eyelids. I can open and close them at will. I can feel an evil presence in the room most every time a feeling of pure HORROR and PANIC! I can see what's playing on the t.v, but the room seems darker, and there is a LOW, HEAVY vibration. I realize that I am stuck in another REALM, that is lower than ours, and pure EVIL. That's why I can't move my body. If only I could make a peep, to alert my wife to wiggle me, or give me a good shake! but she has no idea that I'm paralyzed, and in need of help!
I have been stuck so long, that I finally muster up all the strength that I can, and actually crawl off the side of the bed, OUT OF MY BODY! and way too scared to look back at my body or at least at my face. It's way too freaky, not knowing what type of expression I'll have on my face! And then I'll inch my body backwards back on to the bed, and lay it down back in my body. adjusting it continually to get it perfectly settled back in! (which sometimes takes a very long time) at the end, it re-connects with a jolt! and I immediately sit up and tell her that it's just happened again! and ask her if she could hear me at all? or did she see me move?
For some reason, she feels sorry for me, but had no idea of what I just went through. It's completely terrifying, but I'm starting to get used to it more and more. I have also had flying dreams, which are totally awesome! I will share one of those experiences on another category though.
