Benicia Clocktower
From: Story type: Ghost Location: the Benicia Clocktower Source: Form Submission
the Benicia Clocktower is haunted! Yes, haunted... if you are a northern california resident who has a clairvoyant/audient gift then stop on by the Benicia clocktower and i guarantee your ghost-senses will be in a whirl...
How do i know this? Weeeeeeel, to start off, i have spent hours upon hours of time in the Clocktower, and i know every inch of that place like the back of my hand. There are definently child ghosts there. But among the playful energy of small child spirits, there lurks something unpleasant, a malevolant energy that does not like visitors. There might even be a few, who knows?
Of course i have no proof. No one who claims to have seen or encountered spirits or ghosts does! But the feeling you get by just walking down the wide stone path on the bottom floor of the clocktower is proof enough for me.
Yes, we do have our number of paranormal enounters that have occured at the clocktower. I could list forever all the things that have happened there to convince you of the old fortress's dead inhabitants. The reason i submitted this here is because no one, and i mean NO one, has taken the slightest interest in the haunted clocktower. The rare few ghost-hunters who do pass by Benicia are completely focused on other hot spots, such as the old Union Hotel, which i will not deny is haunted.
But still, i would greatly appreciate it if the Clocktower got some recognition as being a northern california ghost hot spot.
