Breathless When Seeing A Ghost At My House

Two days ago i encountered a ghost in my house. It was late in the night when i got up to use the rest room. I don't think it had saw me but i had saw it. It was saying something about its mom. I was truley scared and i dont know what to do. Everynight before I go to bed i can hear it talk about its mom. It keeps haunting me till this day. I know now i think i can see ghost.
