Can You Trust the Blonde Girl?

My name is Roe and i need help. I don't quite know how to put this into words. I am honestly afraid that making this story "public" may put people very close to me in danger but to be honest i couldn't think of anything else to do.

About a year ago i started to see this little blonde girl. I see alot of things, so i thought nothing of it. But the encounter always gave me this unsafe feeling. The blonde girl appeared to be no more than 10 and she was wearing a dress similiar to one worn by someone of upper class in the late 1920's to early 40's i always felt like it was the 40's though.

After the first time i saw her i saw started to see her in my room out of the corner of my eye when I was on my computer. Or i would see walk across my kitchen, sometimes into my living room, whereing a different dress (not a night gown) and holding a candle that had already started to melt. Always I would have the same creepy feeling. But yet I contiued to think nothing of it untill, one night my friend e-mailed me from Stoney Brook and asked me if I still believed in past lives. I said "yes". I think I knew what was about to happen.

She began to describe currently seeing the same enity to me. She began to describe so exact down to the frilly dress, and the ICE BLUE eyes that we began to finsh each others IM's. After that I began to think she could possibly be right about the past life connection.

I asked all my friends involved in my past life connection if they had a similair encounter everyone replied yes, eithier in a dream or waking life. My friend in SB was the only one who her the same way I did. We all only really see her out of the corner of our eyes. Me and my friend from SB saw her standing in "new, clean" clothes.

My other friends saw her in old rotting burnt, torn clothes. She was in a corner and humming "ring around the rosey". about three and a half months ago someone who i had only just met told me she was very bad, and wanted something from me and would go after things she could go after to get whatever it is she wanted.

Here is where the question for help comes in. Ghosts, enities, spirits don't like it when they are exposed. (some don't mind) know i have very little time to solve the "Mystery of the blonde girl" and to figure out whether or not I can trust that her intentions are good.
