Out of Body Experience

I was twenty two at the time and had just moved to a new city. All my life I had weird experiences with the paranormal, beginning at about sixteen. My first out of body experience was the most intense and I would never want to repeat it. I was lying in bed sleeping and suddenly woke up because my nose was itchy. I started to rub it and realized my hand was scraping something, the stuccco on the ceiling!

I was immediately terrified because I looked around and saw my body sleeping on the bed. I was panicked, I was terrified because I became aware of a prescence in my room and I did not want it to take over my body lying on the bed. I did not know what to do, so I willed myself to try and re-enter my body lying on the bed. It was the most tremendous struggle of my life, something was definately there and it did not want me to re-enter my body. I still remember the sensation of willing myself into my body and watching as I re-entered and became myself.Vision a reflection of yourself and trying to make it come together. SCARY!

Since then I have numerous episodes of this, but I feel in control. I am still terrified of this prescence, because it always still seems to be lurking around.
