Sophia

I found myself crying myself to sleep. I had to make a very hard life decision and was torn between what was right for my children and going against my catholic beliefs. One of these tornmented nights, I found myself begging God to make my decision easy, to spare myself and my children from my decisions. You see I was pregnant and my health was at risk. I laid there in my bed and cried.
With my eyes shut and my head in my pillows so my children couldn't hear my sobs, I saw her. The most beautiful Angel around. As she stood there, I beg her to take good care of my unborn child and to hold her safe and sound for me. I told her the child's name was Sophia. She held my baby close to her and cuddle her. I knew then God had heard my pleas and he had sent this angel to aide me. The next day I told my friend of the visit and I described the Angel. She said she knew which angel had come to visit me, but would wait to see how things worked out for me before telling her name. The following week I had a miscarriage. It was then my friend told me the Angel who had visited me was St. Sophia. I know my angel is still with me, you see a building went up next to my work and in it's name is Sophia. She never left me and sometimes when I close my eyes I can still see her holding my child for me.
