Mirror, Mirror

I don't know what caused this eerie happening, to this day
it still remains a mystery to me. Whether it be a poltergeist,
angel, alien, or ghost, I'll never know. It was about a year
ago, give or take. I was in my room, and I was fixing my hair
by looking at the mirror adhesively attached to the inside of
my closet door. Then, as I began to leave the room, I heard
a loud THUD! I immediately turned around to see that my mirror
had fallen to the floor. I know what you must be thinking,
"Big, Deal.", because that's what I thought. But on closer
inspection I saw that the mirror had landed three feet away
from my closet door, and the logic just didn't add up. It seems
stupid, I know, but as I fled the room, I turned around to throw
away the mirror and I saw a face in it that wasn't my own,
and it began laughing hideously. On the verge of my sanity, I
shoved the mirror in my trash can and got the heck out of there.
I told my parents about the mirror (not the face of course) and
my mom wouldn't believe me but my dad would. Both my parents
had grown up very religiously, gut only my dad had experienced
many unexplained encounters. What I'm getting at is that sometimes
in order for you to believe in things that go on in this crazy
world of ours, you have to experience them yourself. After all,
open-mindedness is just an expression for people who know what
to make of their experiences, and I still don't know what to make
of mine, but maybe you will.
