My Guiding Angel

Well I know this story won't have an impact like some of those that I have read but it does impact me every time I recall it. 

It was a warm evening and I had gotten a page on my beeper. At that time my mother's phone was disconnected so I had to make a trip to a public phone. It was only a short walk but consisted of walking down one hill and up another. Anyway I took my headphone set along with me and was listening to a cassette tape on my way to the phone. I was just about to step out into the street when I heard a voice tell me, "Wait. Don't go yet." and for some reason, maybe it was sub-consciously, I stepped back onto the sidewalk and looked to my left and there was a car coming up over the hill without its headlights on. 

Now to this day I still say it was my Guardian Angel watching over me because if I hadn't of looked, that car would have definitely added me to its hood ornament. There was no way I would have seen it with its headlights being off. 

Just thought I'd share my encounter with my angel.
