Nana and Patrick

in the spring of 1991 my nana passed away. she was one of my best friends .although i knew she was happy, i was sad. we had coffee together every morning and when i couldn't be with her we would talk on the phone. at the time of her death my daughter kelly was 10, my son patrick was 6,and my son christopher was 8 mos. patrick and christopher were born with cystic fibrosis. at an early age patrick had special things about him. about a month after nana died i saw patrick standing at the bottom of the swing set talking to someone. there was nobody there but he thought there was. i called him in and said "patrick who were you talking to?" he looked at me with his big blue eyes and said"the blue light mommy. it came down from the sky. it was nana and she told me to tell you she is ok and to stop crying. she is happy." i looked at him with tears streaming down my face and said "thank you patrick. i feel better now" from that day on i knew there were angels and i know my nana will always be with us. True Story!
