The Angel Above My Bed

It all started when I was in arizona staying with my older sister. I don't know if god was trying to make me get my life together or what. I always knew there was and is a god. but I didn't attend church all the time either.

well anyway, one night I went to bed and fell asleep as usual. then something woke me up. I looked above my bed, to find a dark shadow accompanied by another. I don't exactly take well to things like that!! I tried to jump up from the bed, but a force held me down. by this time, I tried to scream- no luck. I was unable to even do that. I could hear voices whispering, but couldn't make out what they said. all I could do was pray and ask god to take whatever was there away. I laid there begging god, "please take these spirits or whatever it is away!" I closed my eyes and didn't open them because I was so scared!!

the next day, I told my sister. all she said was, "there's a lot of things out there that we don't know about. you better get right with god." so nothing happen until after I came back to texas. living with my newlywed husband, barely baptized, attending church, and trying to do right starts again...

this time a lot more vivid. I was dreaming that the devil and his demons were chasing me down this long hallway in a house. I was running trying to reach my husband's parents. finally I forced myself to wake up! then I saw the shadows again...when I tried to move, my arms were crossed over my chest and hurt like someone had tried to hold me down! all I can say is when I do good or try they try to mess with me. angel of death? I don't know. god opening my eyes?
