Lights of Love

In Feb. 2001, My father took his own life by shooting himself in the head. His body lay in his bed for about 9 or 19 days before being discovered. He had prepaid and decided about 2 years before his death the he wanted to be cremated. We would not have had a choice anyway, due to the condition of his remains.
My brother and I took his remains to Helen, Ga, his favorite fishing spot, the Chattahoochee River. He had a certain rock that he loved to stand on and trout fish. This was of course before his health didn't allow the long walk.
There were 7 of us that took the 1 - 1 1/2 mile long walk to put him at rest. One of the friends of my father took pictures of us as we cast his ashes in to the water. When we got the pictures back we were shocked to see abnormalities in these pictures. I sent them to a very nice lady in KY. Patti Starr. She looked at them and told me they were pictures of my dad's spirit telling us not to worry about him anymore, that he was fine and was not in any pain. In one of the pictures there was a heart over my brothers shoulder.
A few weeks later we went back and went fishing. I am not much of a
fisherman, but while I was standing on one side of a bridge ALL ALONE, I
physically felt someone put their arm or hand on my shoulder. I started
catching fish at this time. I feel as if it were my father passing his
ability to catch trout fish on to me. He was a very avid game expert in the
outdoors. I feel blessed to have had this experience. Even though
sometimes is is very spooky.
