On Oct. 14th. 1988, my mother passed away from terminal lung cancer. Me, being the "BABY" of the family, I took it very hard. I had done some things that I regretted. A few days later, I was laying on the couch, and was half asleep/ half awake. I went into this room where, there were many people that I sort of felt familiar with. A little girl lead me to a room where my mother was. She was surrounded by many children. She looked up at me and smiled. I started to cry, and she came over and asked me what was wrong. I said, "Your dead, thats whats wrong". She gave me a huge hug, and said, "no, I'm not dead". She forgave me for all the stupid things I did to her in my life. She smiled, and "BOOM" I was awake. I still miss her very much, but I take comfort in knowing, that we will be together again.
