Death Dream

Dreaming can scare the daylights out of a person. About two weeks ago I woke up screaming...Shaking and awake I tried to figure out what had happened to me. The dream was much more than the typical nightmare which I have had several recurring nightmares during stressful times in my life. This dream showed me getting killed in an automobile-logging truck accident and then I was above it observing my body in the wreck just like others have indicated in o.o.b.e. The worst part of this dream was that it was so realistic & the location of the physical wreck itself was so accurate indicating the street I live on accessing the highway I must drive to go two blocks to work...and the logging truck loaded bearing down on me after running a red light. I still cannot access that road without dejavu type fear rattling through my system...If anyone has ever had a dream where they have actually died I would like to know. Thank you.
