Ghost and Unknown

this was about a spirit. I was living in north adams ma. I was whatching tv with my girlfriend while my ckild was sleeping in the bedroom. we had a childs bedframe leaning around the doorcasing when all of a sudden I heard a noise so I turned arround and saw the bedframe fly into the air and then land on floor with a loud bang. I been trying to figure out what it was but I still can't explain it. so now I feel like I'm always being watched by someone or something. (I felt like this lastnight please help) this is something that is unknown. well I was staying at a relatives house in troy ny. I had something to eat then about an hour later went to bed. so I went to sleep, when I woke up, (I didn't accually wake up I was still sleeping) I was trying wake up and I could hear people that were in the house in the background. I was trying to force myself to move but I couldn't move, like I was paralyzed or something. all of sudden I did wake up and everything was back to normal. this also accurred almost everywhere else I had lived and sometimes still happens now.
