My grandma and I were close. I called her Oma, that's grandma in German. She died about 6 years earlier. I was going thru hard times and was feeling lonely ect... Mom of 5 kids and married to a work-aholic. I was in need. I took a nap one afternoon, and found myself on a train sitting next to my Oma. It was so real. I could smell her, and touch her soft skin. I ask her about heaven, what the temperature was like and was Opa there? ect... Opa was my grandfather. we talked for awhile and I knew God had given me my Oma for a short time to comfort me and encourage me. I remember telling her it was almost time for my husband to come home and I had to start dinner. I cry'd so hard because I knew I had to say good bye and leave her, to make dinner. She Understood and we hugged goodbye. I was with her for a short time. God knew I needed that. It's been 10 years since my visit with Oma, but I know she's safe and is waiting for me. That helped me so much. I know, that I know ,that I know, We'll be together in Heaven. Just so you know, Oma was a hot headed, strict, unbearable German woman. We feard her greatly. But I still loved her and honerd her. I felt nothing but love and gentleness from her on the train, and it was really her.
