Last year, when I was 25, my great-aunt was hospitalized. She was 92 years old. I took my grandmother, her sister to see her in the hospital. My aunt kept calling the name Nancy. We thought she was hallucinating, due to being heavily medicated. Sadly, she passed away. After her funeral, my friend and I took out the Ouija board you can buy at any toy store. My mom sat in and watched. I was actually trying to contact my grandfather. When we asked if any spirits were present, it pointed to yes. We asked who was with us. It spelled out Nancy. I gasped and got the goose bumps. My mom and friend asked what was wrong. I told them that's who my aunt was asking for. We asked her if she knew my aunt that had just passed away. It pointed to yes. Then my mom asked her if she lived on a certain street, she said yes. We asked her if she knew my aunt's husband who was allready deceased. She said yes. My mom asked if where she was from, she said Brooklyn. That's where my grandmother's family i!
s from. We asked if she knew any of my aunt's sisters. She pointed to yes, we asked who, She spelled out Gus. My aunt's other sister was Augusta. Finally we asked how she knew my aunt, she spelled out dressmaker. That's what my aunt was. The next day, my mom called my grandmother and told her what had happened with "Nancy". My grandmother didn't know who it was. Hours later, my grandmother called back saying she spoke to her other sister. Her other sister knew who Nancy was. Nancy was the one who fixed up my great aunt with my great uncle, and was her maid of honor. They also worked together as dressmakers. After hearing that we were shocked. Always had and always will, believe in the Ouija board.
