A Strange Pressure

This is a true story that happened to me just a few months ago. 

I was asleep in my bed and i woke up suddenly feeling like there was someone on top of me. I remember feeling a little scared. i felt like i pushed the presence off of me and the pressure left me. 

then it came back, the pressure was on my chest, stomach, and thighs. It was on me for a while then i pushed it off again. 

I dont know what it was and i wish i did. . I believe that i'm a little psychic and have felt like i was being watched in my hallway on my way to my bedroom.
