Could My House Truely Have a Spirit?

Hi, I was just wondering if someone could maybe give me some insight on these happenings in my house. It all started shortly after we moved in, the "spirit" (?) doesn't seem to mean or hurtful, but rather it likes to play tricks on mainly me, but has on my husband and most recently my 12 yr old daughter.

It likes to turn TV's and lights on after I shut them off, it likes to turn my clocks back, not all but a few chosen ones, it has taken a huge red Christmas bow out of a sack, it has patted my behind and touched my husbands. A couple of months ago it pulled the back of my hair after I had showered, last week it was kind of busy, it liked to pound on something down in the basement and most recently it entered my daughters bedroom, she couldn't see it, but could hear it walking towards her bedroom and then feeling like something was by or around her, never hurting her though. It has pounded on the end of my bed as we slept,

it has spoken to me while I laid in bed, seems to be a woman's voice, she or it told me "Don't be afraid" twice as a matter of fact, one night I thought I was feeling awfully brave and spoke to it through my thoughts, and said just show yourself, please, and to my surprise it started to form a black image, but as soon as it started I got too scared and it went away, I was kind of angry with myself, because I DO want to know what it is, but at the same time I wonder if I will ever be brave enough to actually see and speak to it. It also has thrown a penny against the wall as me and my family watched TV., and it doesn't really like other people using my stuff, such as the blow dryer, computer, and computer printer, it just stops working for them, but as soon as I say Ok I will do it for you, then amazingly enough TA DA it works. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, it still does the strange tricks.

Whewwww, so with that information, could anyone help me or guide me to a place I could get some answers, not all but some would be great!....
