Evil spirit?

One night me and three of my friends decided to try and make contact with spirits, so we made a "ouija board". Here in Sweden we call it, directly translated, The spirit in the glass. We succeeded (Im not sure if I spelled that right) and made contact with a spirit named Amar. We talked to him for a while. The he became angry and wanted me to give him blood, but I were too scared to give him that, so we stopped and went home.

We dont know anything about these things and I cant stop thinking about it, so if anyone knows anything of this kind of stuff, please mail me and tell me about it.
