All of my experiences happened in my house it was a Victorian styled house around one hundred years old. My father bought the house because he was offered a great deal on it. I was around 5 years old when we moved in.
From the moment I set foot in that house I knew there was something strange. The TV would turn on by itself even when it was unplugged. Things would go missing and then turn up days later in very odd places. For example my favorite stuffed animal (a white teddy bear) went missing and a week later my mom found it stuffed behind the couch in the basement. Which she found odd because no one went into the basement because we all felt very uneasy down there (only my mom went down there to do the laundry and dust sometimes). The basement reeked like a corpse and at night sometimes something would bang on the walls down there. There were scratches on the walls and some parts of the walls were punched in.
On the main floor there was the kitchen the living room and the dinning room. The dinning room and the kitchen were fine but in the living room the sofa would move around by itself, writing would appear on the walls and sometimes things were thrown at you.
On the second floor there was my brothers room, my room, my sisters room, my parents room, a bathroom and a vacant room that we locked up after a couple months after moving in. Late at night you could hear a man screaming in that room and some kind of slashing noise. When you would walk by things would come flying out at you. One time late at night I woke up and was going downstairs to get a drink of milk I started going down the stairs when I heard running footsteps come out of the vacant room and run straight towards me and knock me down the stairs. My dad heard me fall and he woke up my mom and my brother and sister and they took me to the hospital because I cracked my head open. I told him what happened and when we got home he started nailing boards up against the door.
No one ever went in the attic. My dad was going to but when he opened the door leading to the attic he yelled and closed the door. When I asked him why he yelled he said he had no idea what I was talking about. Secretly I think he was lying to me and he told me, my brother and my sister never to go into the attic.
A lot of other things happened to me in that house but I'll save that for another time.
