I apologize for my English, if needed. I am a student in Psychology.

5 Years ago, after having established in a flat with two other students in Padova, Italy, to study Psychology, one night I had the following experience:

I was asleep and suddenly I realized I had just waken up. I think it was about 3-4 a.m.. I rested relaxed in bed, and I could notice the heavy breathing of a friend of mine sleeping in the same room. The light pouring through the curtains let me see the entire room as a composition of shadows. Suddenly, from the door in front of me, left open, an apparently human figure entered.

I am sure there was no one else in the house. This figure, white-dressed and no too tall (the average height of a woman; in fact, I immediately FELT it was a woman) came close to the side of my bed and took my left hand, that i was keeping rested on my chest, and began to pull, with a certain strength.

It seemed the entity wanted to pull me off the bed. I was overcome by terror, nevertheless I was determined to resist and began to pull my way. I was strong enough to win the 'battle' and in that moment I began to scream wildly. Well, my own scream seemed to wake me up again and I found myself in the same position, in same room, with the same sight of the room, with my friend breathing heavily, and NO entity at my side.

I must observe that mixed with terror I had the sensation this 'entity' was not dangerous to me, on the contrary it was trying to help me, maybe 'shaking' me, pulling me not off the bed but off a poor existential situation.
