Ghost Road

Well i should probably start with a breif history of the place. It is a long road in middle of nowhere really, but it's had so many strange accidents on it that everyone thinks it's haunted. It is.

Me and my friends went to a game that morning and saw a movie, but it was still early so we went to look for guys. We got tired of that by 11:30 so on the way home the driver got this idea to go to Woodson, i've never been but my mom has told me some pretty weird things about it that i know she didn't lie about.

On the way we talked about things that happened on the road. When we got there the road had no street lights, there were no houses on the upper part of the road and right where the road starts off the highway the trees bend over the road really thick like a tunnel. The storey is there was a motorcycle that got hit by a semi and if you stop in the exact spot turn the lights on and off 3 times and honk 3 times a light will come, well we tried that and took off cause we didn't want a ghost in our car. Noithing happened so we went down the road and looked at everything and turned around on the bridge where there is supposedly a woman walking.

We went back up the road and saw a place where the trees on both sides have alot of reflectors and stuff it juss looked like idiots were out there so we turned around at the highway part and started down the road and honked, nothing. We went a little way and stopped and honked and suddenly a single light appeared behind us. I was thinkin stupid cars, but the light never turned to 2 lights and stayed behind us, following us, around the corners, finally a car came from the other direction and it disappeared. We went down the road and was going to turn around in a driveway and about that time we started screaming cemetary! So we went to the church and turned around, we noticed to spot was the trees with the reflectors so we did it from the other direction to see what would happen and a single red light appeared in front of us and disappeared. By this time we were freaking out, so we turned around and went back down the road.

There is another story that a train guy got rain over and his flew off and landed on the nearby porch. There is really a round circle with what looks like blood in it. I said something to the effect of that train story is a bunch of bs when this big bright blue light came up to right beside the car, we thought it was a train, turned around at the church abou 20 feet away, there was never a train. We went up the road turned around in a driveway and went back down to the bridge and started up the road. About at the church the driver started to say something but only got out you know when a dog came at her door, it didn't bark or anything juss attacked the door. We were all screaming quite loud when about 50 foot away there was a lady on the side of the road, she was wearing what looked like an old silk dress kind of greyish and a white hat with some kind of sweater but it looked as if she had no face, you could see nothing at all so we screamed even louder and were going bout 80 trying to get away.

We went to a gas station and got a cassette recorder. We went back and talked and all but nothing happened, until we got near the end. A car that looked like a truck came up behind usand we slowed down so it could pass but as it passed it was slow. Then it got in front of us cause we were about to do the light honk crap, it braked 2 times went about 10 foot braked again and was gone. We took off up the road to see if it turned down a side road, couldn't have they were all blocked off, wasn't sitting on the road, adn the highway turn off wasn't for a ways so the car disappeared right in front of us. We left for the night and when we got home and listened to the tape we recorded we heard a screaming noise in the back ground adn when the car passed we heared a loud woosh noise that we didn't hear when it passed. This has freaked me out alot i cant stand to talk about it w/o thinking there is something here but the lady adn the dog can be explained most likely but the lights are just so scarey you don't think much of it until you actually see it. I was told they went back without me in the car and saw trains on the train track which were abandoned and another came and passed through those trains. There has been more of my friends out there but thats what happened to me when i was there.
