Ghostly Hauntings

One night while visiting my aunt she told me of a certain few occurances that happened in her house. First let me tell you that the house itself was 100 or so years old. It was one of the first built in the town. I'll relate these to you. Shortly after my grandmother died my older cousin, John, was staying with my aunt. He was sleeping in my granny's vacated bed when he felt something crawl in with him. The thing then violently pushed him out of the bed and onto the floor. He ran from the room, across the hall and to my aunt. She ignored it and thought it was his imagination.

A few years later she had switched her room and the living room and was laying in bed awake, unable to sleep. It was around midnight and she felt the presence of a man slip into the bed and cuddle up close to her. She was frightened and finally was able to push away. When she turned on the light no one was there. She told her sister about it and her sister told her that she had had the same thing happen to her. So had my aunts daughter. That made four people.

Two weeks after that, she had been reading a book on the paranormal and had gone to bed placing the book in a cabnet near her bed. She woke up unable to breath with a peice of clothing wrapped around her neck and the the book was laying open on the chest at the foot of the bed. No clothing had been laying near the bed.

My younger cousin, Allie, had lived there with her mother when she was younger and had later told about a time when she had heard and seen several people gathered in the entrance room of the house.

I don't know if this is all the events of a ghost, but I'm glad to say that everyone has moved out and the house has been torn down.
