I guess I don't know if this is a ghost story, but it is amazing either way. All true by the way. 

It was Jan 19, 2000, I will never forget this day or what happened. It was the first day of classes for the semester and I was tired so I thought I would lay down for a bit before my night class. It was around 2:30 and 3:00. I was laying on the couch with my other roommate laying on the other part of the couch. One of those L-shaped couches. 

Anyway, I was in and out of sleep and all of a sudden I sat up and said "Huh, I wonder what Tom did now" (who was one of our friends). My roommate looked at me and said why, I said I don't know. I just kind of blew it off and laid back down. 

That night we got a call at 1:00 from Tom's mother, who told us Tom had committed suicide. Later the next day I found out that it was in the afternoon that he had done it, right around the time that I said that. I didn't think about it at first, but to this day, I cannot explain why that happened. All I know is somehow I knew that something had happened. Very sad situation.
