Help!

I'm writing this because if I wanna talk to someone about this, he/she wouldn't believe me.

So here I go and hope that someone may help me!

Everything started in December 1995. I was driving around in my car listening to music, as I saw some smoke in my mirror. I looked over my left shoulder and saw a lot of smoke coming out of the door panel just behind me! There was also a strange smell in the air. It wasn't something burning, believe me I am a Fire Fighter and know how something smells when burning. I stopped the car and as I took the cover of the pannel of I couldn't see anything which could refer to fire or overheating. I continued driving and 30 minutes later the same but out of the ventilation! I stopped the car again and again I didn't find any sign of fire!

As I arrived home I took the radio out of the car adn put it. I never happened again so I didn't matter. I even forgot about that strange smell, until 3 month later! In fact I haven't had any such experiences since I took the radio out.

One night I went for a drink with my girlfriend, and after the drink I drove her home, we stood on the parking a couple of minutes talking, as she screamed she saw a guy in front of th car. I told her that I didn't see anyone and that it was late. Perhaps she was only tired! Suddenly I noticed that horrible smell again!! I was freakened!! I turned on the car and drove away! As I stopped I watched her in the eyes and saw that she was frightened! Suddenly we saw a blue lightening rushing from the left to the right and disapearing in the woods!

We both were scared now, but we stayed there to talk about what happened! I could feel something or someone, it was a kind of feeling like if you know you gotta get away from here very very fast!

We heard and felt a bang under the car and the strange smell was back! I turned the car on drove my girlfriend home, put the car in the garage and didn't drive for 3 days!!(Luckily I was on vacation)

My Girlfriend and I never talked again about that, but I would like to know more about what happened that day.

Sometimes when I am driving I smell the same smell again and I feel observed by someone or something, but that's all what was happening those last weeks.

You may think I invented this, but I know that something happened I couldn't understand, and it frightened me, so if someone knows what it was, or had the same experiences please send me a mail!
