In the Night

I really don't know if this is a ghost story or not, but I didn't know where else to put it. Ok. I have always felt a presence in my house. I guess out of my whole family I am the one who is in tune with these type of things, I think I get this "gift" from my dad. I can feel presences and I can sometimes have premonitions that stop me from making bad choices, ya know? Well, anyway, I was in my room one night attempting to sleep, laying on my back. I was starting to fall asleep, and it felt like my body was caving in from the center and I couldn't move my arms or legs or anything. I couldn't even blink. While this was happening, I was having a "dream" or it wasn't a dream, because I wasnt asleep. Well, my "dream" was of me in the kitchen trying to turn off the light but I couldn't because my knees were giving in and I was sinking to the ground, and my eyes were rolling in the back of my head. Ok, so that scared me so bad. I could finally move when it happenend again after I tried to get up(this would be the second time in a row), this time without the dream. Just that paralizing feeling along with the caving in from the center. Really creepy. The second time it happend, it was lasted not nearly as long. I could move my legs again, so I ran into my sisters room and told her all about it. If anybody knows what this was please tell me I am sure there is a logical explanation!
