Kitchen Ghost

I was up at around 2:00 am one morning (which isn't unusual for me) and I was playing around on the computer. Suddenly, I got this strange feeling. The hair on the back of my neck started to prick up and I got a very uneasy feeling. At the time, I thought I was just tired. Then I heard our neighbor's dogs (which are kept in a small fenced in yard beside their house) start to bark like crazy. About this time, I figured there had to be a ghost around, because I recognized the feeling from times when I had visited supposedly "haunted" places before.

Well, I walked into the kitchen to get some iced tea out of the refridgerator, and I started feeling weighed down. like someone pushing on my shoulders. but of course, I was the only one in the house that was awake. I opened the fridge and poured myself a glass of iced tea, and when i closed the fridge, I saw something move out of the corner of my eye, near the sink. When I turned and looked, it looked almost as if the air were rippled near the sink. then I felt a rush of air and heard a loud "FWOOSH" noise, and I felt like someone had rammed into me. I flew backwards into the doors of the kitchen closet and fell onto the kitchen floor. When I regained my senses (I was kinda out of it for a few seconds) I ran out of the kitchen as fast as I could.

I got back onto the computer and talked to a friend of mine who has experience with this sort of thing, and with his help, we managed to get the ghost out of the house. About 5 months later, I was in my bedroom with my girlfriend, who was visiting from up north in Alameda, when I suddenly felt an intense pain in my shoulder, as if a wild animal had scratched me, and it felt as if it was burning. and my girlfriend looked at my shoulder and there were at least fifteen tiny claw marks on my shoulder, which weren't there a few minutes before. Then i started to shake, and i found that I couldn't move. (we had turned the light out and tried to go to sleep) When I saw what looked like tiny black hands coming out of the darkness at us. my girlfriend was screaming "They're all around me! they're everywhere!" and We saw an orange face come out of the darkness and hover there for a few minutes, then I could move again, and It was all over.
