Movie Theater Ghosts

I work at a small movie theatre that we all feel has four very distinct ghosts two we know most definitely died there one we feel is more of a protecting ghost and one that we have now clue about except that she likes to lock doors. she has been seen in our ladies room on two occasions once she spoke to my friend who I will leave nameless. 

ever since the first sighting we have had problems with one particular stall it is either over flowing or locked from the inside. we only believe that some of the time a child does lock the door but that does not explain why we will find it locked when we first open especially on the days when my friend who saw her works and goes down there. 

what I will like to know is does the color red have any special meaning because when she was seen she was wearing red shoes and the girl had just come out of what we call the red room. we like to think that she is harmless but we don't think that one of them is since he meet a very tragic and abrupt death he fell from the top of metal stairs and died when he hit the concrete floor. when ever I'm in our office which is about 20 feet from where he died I get the chills and feel that his is watching us when we are ever alone in one of the theatres. 

I have had experiences with ghosts before and very rarely do I have an uneasy feeling as I do with this particular ghost.
