Lady Ghost

I have had a few instances where I thought I had been haunted but the instances in my home in Georgetown I know I had been haunted, well we moved there when I was in the 5th grade and I continued to live there until I graduated from high school, for the first 2 years nothing in the house seemed out of the ordinary, then my parents did some remodeling to the kitchen and living room then from that point on weird things would happen, we would hear people talking all all hours, my mom would awake and scream thinking someone was standing at the foot of her bed looking at her my father would jump up turn the lights on and nothing was there, I would wake up to hearing my name being called in a female voice, I would wake up thinking I saw spiders crawling on the wall (my biggest fear is of spiders), things would disappear, My parents took photos in the house and ones of the work they did on the house the ones in the kitchen turned out dark, weird things happened in the kitchen the most, chairs would scoot a little, I got in the habit of sleeping with the light on in this house cause it scared me, I never would stay there alone one day I did I was in the kitchen standing at the microwave heating up some food and I felt a tug on the back of my shirt a hard tug, I took my keys and left, I was so scared, I never spoke of this to anyone until many years when I mentioned to my ex boyfriend whom I tried to get to stay with me in the house and he made up excuses told me what he did, see he stayed with me 2 times in that house and had to sleep in the living room on the couch by the kitchen my parents were strict he said once he woke up to the feeling of someone watching him in the doorway in the kitchen he caught a glimpse of a lady (too thin to be my mother and the hair was too short to be me) he turned over then turned back over and she was gone, another incident he saw her sitting in the chair looking at him, my mom thought she saw a figure a couple times but my bf saw her and was the only one to see her, all the energy was in the kitchen and only occured after my parents did the remodeling. I spoke of all this to my parents who are again old fashioned and very skeptical my father said he also heard voices and we all believe that we experienced a haunting of some sort. We no longer live there and I have not had anymore experiences but it really interests me and I like reading of other experiences. Thanks for listening.
