A Pet's Goodbye

my pet a pekinese, past away when my daughter was four years old. my daughter came to me the same morning and informed me "kissi", had spent the night on the foot of her bed. she took me to her room to show me where the dog had slept on her bed. a warn indentation was present on her bed. I later recieved a call from my mother who lived 60 miles away, to tell me that kissi had past away the night before. kissi had been very protective over my daughter since her birth, they were very close. I believe she just came to say "goodbye" to my daughter.

my daughter and I have had various incounters. my daughter can smell my dad"s tobaco on occasions. and I"ve had pictures come back with unusual images on them. my daughter is now a mother herself. we"ve taken many pictures of the baby where images appear beside her. we both feel my dad is always close by. it"s very comforing.
